My Approach
I'm Hansel, a counsellor with a background in psychology and a Master's degree in Counselling. My experience spans counselling, workplace support and clinical supervision.
Having worked across different industries and navigated life as a Malaysian who moved to Australia, I understand that our experiences of work, identity, expectations and belonging can be shaped by more than our job titles.
My approach is collaborative, practical and informed by evidence-based psychological frameworks, including Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT).
You don't need to fit a particular mould or have a clearly defined problem to seek support. We can start wherever you are.
