Men face unique challenges and pressures in their personal and professional lives, and sometimes it can be difficult to find a safe and supportive space to talk about these issues. This is a space where you can:

  • Offer each other support and encouragement, and

  • Build a supportive and non-judgmental environment community of like-minded individuals.

Whether you're dealing with relationship issues, work stress, mental health concerns, or any other challenges, a men's support group is where you can find connection, understanding, and the resources you need to thrive.

Stress (Relaxation Group)

WEDNESDAYS l 9:00-10:30PM l $5.00 per session

Are you feeling overwhelmed and stressed out? Do you struggle to find time for relaxation and self-care? Our group provides a supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals to come together and

  • Learn techniques for managing stress

  • Promoting relaxation, and

  • Improving overall well-being

You'll have the opportunity to connect with others who are facing similar challenges, share your experiences, and learn from one another. Whether you're dealing with work-related stress, relationship issues, or other life challenges, our experienced facilitators will guide you through various relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, and progressive muscle relaxation, as well as strategies for coping with stress in your daily life.

Led by experienced mental health professionals, our group is a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can connect with others, share your experiences, and learn from one another, whether you're:
