Losing a loved one is never easy, and you’re probably going through a lot of emotions and confusion at this point in time. I can’t imagine how you must be coping right now, but it must be a really dark time, and it isn’t easy.

It can be difficult to feel like you don't fit in or that you don't have the energy or desire to be around others. However, I want you to know that you are not alone in being alone, and it’s really alright if you rather avoid any/all of that socializing.

Positive emotions play an important role in our overall well-being. They not only feel good, but they also have a positive impact on our physical health, relationships, and work performance. However, in our fast-paced and often stressful lives, it can be easy to overlook the importance of cultivating positive emotions.
