Online Counselling

  • If you're experiencing persistent feelings of distress, anxiety, sadness, or facing challenges that impact your daily life, seeking counselling can possibly be a beneficial and harmless solution.

  • In the first session, the therapist gathers information about your concerns, background, and goals. You will be provided with some guidance and clarity to your mental health issues. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any doubts about the therapeutic process.

  • Some people benefit from short-term, focused therapy, while others may choose longer-term support. Unfortunately, there is no straight answer. Howver, it's a collaborative process, and the therapist will work with you to determine the most effective and appropriate length of treatment.

  • It's normal to feel hesitant or uncomfortable discussing certain topics. Therapists are trained to create a safe and non-judgmental space. They will respect your pace and work with you to explore issues at a level you're comfortable with.

  • Confidentiality is a fundamental aspect of counselling. Therapists are bound by ethical and legal standards to protect your privacy. Information shared in sessions is generally kept confidential unless there's a risk of harm to yourself or others.

A little bit about me…

My name is...

Hansel

(M. Coun., K.B.;P.A., M.ACA, PACFA)

My approach to counselling is grounded on the trust in the fundementals of therapy: that a genuine connection between two people allows both to grow as better people.

After hundred of clients and thousands of therapy hours, I’ve found that honoring your true emotions and giving clients time and understanding helps us live richer, more meaningful lives.

This holds true with both counselling AND supervision sessions.

I won’t profess to know all the answers or how to build a million dollar practice. I don’t have the answers to resolve all the complex ethical dilemmas.

But what I can promise is a dedication and patience to understand your world. I share your risk as we walk through each challenge, map out the roads, and have a clear path of growth together.

I am a certified supervisor recognised by ACA and PACFA and implement the RISE UP model in my supervision sessions, which include:

  • Review of caseload, clients and management

  • Information on industry updates

  • Support in wellbeing and resilience

  • Education on therapeutic tools and modalities

  • U (YOU) - Your direction and plans as a counsellor

  • Private practice career building and management

Thats a bit about me and I hope to hear a bit about you in our supervision sessions soon!

Warmest Regards,
